Each person we meet is both our teacher and our student.

This principle is foundational for creating a successful group experience.  People are placed on the path of our life’s journey for any number of reasons – to teach us, remind us, show us, or even allow us to influence their lives in these ways.  In our group sessions, I provide the content, the structure, and the encouragement.  You provide your energy, attention, and willingness to offer your insight and wisdom.  Together, we create a safe space filled with respect, curiosity, fun and those sometimes elusive “ah-ha” moments.
